What are the Dates and Hours of the Festival?

We are open Weekends and Labor Day August 20th - October 2nd, plus Friday September 30th.  Festival hours are rain or shine from 9am – 7pm.

Is the Renaissance Festival open during the week?

The Festival is only open Saturday and Sundays August 20th through October 2nd, 2016 with the exception of Labor Day (Monday) and Festival Friday, September 30th.

What does the admission price include?

Free parking, all entertainment shows, including the Tournament Jousting and Theme Weekend Events. You may choose to purchase arts and crafts items, food or beverage, or enjoy some rides and games (costs vary). You may also choose to attend one of our
Daily Royal Eventsat an additional cost.

Do you offer Discount Tickets?

Discount tickets and coupons can be found a various locations. Check our
general admission page for a list of participating outlets.

Are Pets allowed at the Festival?

Yes, Dogs are allowed at the Festival, see ourdog rules and registration.
Dogs are not allowed at the Feast of Fantasy.

What time are the Jousts?

The Joust is held 3 times daily at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

What time is the Daily Parade?

The parade is held daily at 11:30am, starting and ending at Bakery Stage.

Is there an ATM Machine?

Yes, there are several ATM machines on-site, including one outside the front gate. See the festivalmapto find one.

Is the Festival wheelchair accessible?

The Festival is held in a natural, outdoor setting. Wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are allowed.  We have disabled accessible parking, and disabled accessible portable toilets.

Are wheelchairs and strollers available for rent?

We do not have wheelchairs or strollers for rent, but we do offer motorized scooters for rent. 

Scooter Rental Information

Full Day – 9:00am – 6:30pm - $60.00
½ Day – 9:00am – 1:30pm - $35.00
$100.00 refundable damage deposit is required to pick up the scooter.
Cancelations must be made by 3pm on Friday, $25 “no-show” fee will be charged to those that do not cancel in time.

Does the Festival provide any accommodations
for the hearing impaired?

Yes. The Festival holds Sign Language Saturday, September 10th. Interpreters will be stationed at select stages that will be identified in the weekend program.

Are you open during inclement weather?

We are open rain or shine.  We do not offer refunds in the event of inclement weather.

Can we come in costume?

Costumes are available for rental at 215-216 Cock N' Dragon located to the left of the front gate. Prices vary based upon costume choice.

If I wear a costume, can I get in free?

No, but we have a costume contest that occurs each morning at 9:00am near the main ticket office.  First prize is admission to the Festival that day.

If I leave the Festival can I get back in?

As long as you have your hand stamped you are allowed back in to the festival for the day.

Is there on-site camping?

There is no camping or overnight parking on the Festival grounds.

What if I need medical attention?

The Renaissance Festival provides a fully equipped and professionally staff First Aid Station, which is clearly visible on the grounds.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?

No. Many beverages including water are sold within the grounds. There is also a wide variety of food.

Where is the lost and found?

Anything that is turned in can be found at the Information Booth that weekend, otherwise call the office Monday – Friday 10am-4pm, to collect your lost items.
