Two recognizable faces around the Renaissance Festival include Jim and Laszlo, the Feast Masters of the Feast of Fantasy! But do you know what this hilarious pair do while taking a break from entertaining guests at the Feast?
Laszlo Nemesi spends his time emceeing local professional wrestling and a variety of local Burlesque and Vaudeville shows. He also is a professional puppeteer with a local monster puppet sitcom for adults on Transylvania Television. Next season will be Laszlo’s 14th year with the Feast of Fantasy! Jim Cunningham has been a Twin Cities actor for 25 years, doing improv at the Resident Improv Comedy at Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop and can be seen every summer in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and in December in It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play.
Jim was the original Tony in the Minneapolis hit show Tony and Tina’s Wedding and for many years he terrified guests in Hauntings or Do you Believe in Ghosts? He is currently the Minister of Fun for both the Minnesota Twins and the Wild. Cunningham has been with the Festival since 1982 and began as a feast master in 1990.
