2. Bold North – “Gentle Giants Gallop”
Giant? Yes. Gentle? Also yes. The size of their step matches the size of their heart – if you have a “Gentle Giant” then this race is for you! The longer & lankier the legs, the better!
3. Wine Chocolate & Romance – “The Tuxedo Trot”
Like Black Tie, this event is reserved for dogs who are colored black & white. Dogs will be grouped in heats by size. Doggie bowties, tuxedos & dresses welcome.
4. Woofstock – “Long & Low-Rider Race”
Dachshunds, Corgis & Bassets – they may be low to the ground, but they sure can run! You won’t want to miss this blur of little legs.
5. BBQ Bellies & Beer – “Americana Dog Dash”
America’s most popular breed – Labradors, along with American Bred – Australian Shepherds & Boston Terriers. Who will cross the finish line first? Bonus points for those doggos sporting the Red, White & Blue!
6. Shamrocks – “Tiny Tots Dog Races”
Yorkies, King Charles, Shih Tzus, Poms, Chihuahua, Maltese, Papillon – Come shoe the realm how fast those little legs can move! This races isn’t limited by breed or mix – just size! For doggos 15lbs & under.
7. OktoberFest – “Hound Laufen” (Dog Run)
Where are the Germans at?!?! Dachshunds, Poodles & Schnauzers – of all shapes & sizes are welcome to run in this Rennen (race). Lederhosen encouraged, but not required.
