The 2021 Minnesota Renaissance Festival runs weekends August 21st – October 3rd, 2021. Plus Labor Day, September 6th & Festival Friday, October 1st, 2021

Photography & Video Footage Guidelines for Individuals or Crews During the Minnesota Renaissance Festival can be found here.

All photographs must be taken during a performance day from the 2021 season. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
All photos submitted to the Mid-America Festivals Inc must be the legal property of the person submitting the image. Mid America Festivals will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements.
By entering this competition you grant Mid-America Festivals Inc the right to publish or reproduce submitted photo(s), along with your name, location, type of photographic equipment used (if available) on any Mid-America website, printed materials, newsletter and other social networking channels, without fee or compensation. Mid-America Festivals may use submitted photographs for promotional use only, NOT for commercial use. Small photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to format submitted for social media, print or promotional purposes.
Mid-America Festivals will not accept photographic images of children under the age of 16 without consent of a legal guardian or parent.
All film rights are reserved. Commercial use of photos, videos or audio tapes made at the festival without written permission from the Marketing Department is strictly prohibited. We prohibit the use of video or photographic monopods or tripods unless authorized by MRF management.
